Physical Products

Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–3 business days after processing

  • International: 3–5 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent domestic and international providers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products

Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Access or download is available immediately after payment is confirmed

  • A download link will be provided via email or through your customer account

No Physical Shipment

Digital products are not shipped and do not incur shipping fees.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at info@blockgen.studio and we’ll help resolve it promptly.

Incorrect Address & Lost Packages (Physical Products Only)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Returns & Refunds

  • Physical products: Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

  • Digital products: All digital sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded, unless otherwise required by law.
