Physical Products
Returns
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Products Only)
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Digital Products
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless required by law.
Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us at info@blockgen.studio and we’ll help resolve it.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the original physical item and place a new order.
Cancellations
